RT 15 Accident: A serious two-vehicle rollover crash caused major disruptions on Route 15 South in Orange early Monday morning, June 22, 2026. Emergency crews responded to the scene around 4:00 a.m. between exits 42B and 42A following reports of a rollover collision involving a pickup truck.
According to initial reports, one of the vehicles left the roadway and rolled over, resulting in the ejection of an occupant. First responders immediately began lifesaving measures, including CPR at the scene, while a second ambulance was requested to assist with the emergency.
At least one person sustained serious injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Authorities have not yet released information regarding the condition of those involved or the circumstances leading up to the crash.
Route 15 South was temporarily closed for several hours as emergency crews and investigators worked at the scene. The highway reopened at approximately 11:00 a.m.
